Excellent review on all 1/2 ton engines the 3.0 was given outstanding and positive review.. If you want to go to the 3.0 it starts at .40 on The TFL video

maybe I didnt watch it all but both guys went gasser... ?

both went 5.3 10 speed except the one guy who said if he were going high end ......he would go 6.2 gasser 10 speed..
In the End..The One rep went with the gas engines..But in the full video they both complained about the 6.2 High Fuel Costs ( they also didnt discuss the spring failures for the 6.2..)
And the poor fuel economy in the Tundra.. as well as the poor fuel economy in the V6 EcoBoost F150

I was filling up my2019 Ford twice a week

I looked at all the engine options when I purchased my Duramax..I had grown tired of the 9/12 MPG in the real world..In my Ram Hemi with winter blend gas I was getting 14/16 MPG average
And where I reside..Regular is now approaching 3.00 Gallon for regular top tier

The 3.0 recieved the highest ratings in all diesel catagories..and was rated for its smoothness and fuel economy..ten speed ..

I thought it was a well balanced report..and they are very correct about the Trim/Engine Levels.. I find it interesting the US Energy Agency is quoting an increase in fuel costs for./21/22
And yesterday top tier Regular was $ 2.90 per gallon. Im thinking uh could it get much worse..

So far Im very pleased with the 3.0 and the Silverado..You are right........ Only Time Will tell..but since I drive "massive " miles Ill take the fuel savings until Mary Brings forth all electric Silverado's
