I'm thinkin bout runnin a 4" straight but people and say put a muffler on it. I wanna b able to hear it tho a little n the cab. Could I still with a muffler on it?

I'm startin to lean toward a 5" straight mainly just because of sound and another is cause all my buddies have 4" and I wanna have somethin diff. Should I run a tip with it? Would it sound any deeper? What's y'all opinion…?

5 inch is a much deeper rumble. where I live there aren't any other full 5" straight piped duramaxs running around so I'm special
