4" vs 5" exhaust - What is the noticed difference?

I was torn with what exhaust to go with as I wanted an awesome sound but I put a TON of miles on my truck making me worry about drone on the highway etc. I ended up going with a 5" flo-pro turbo back with muffler and LOVE it. It sounds insane and I get lots of compliments but with the windows up you can't even tell its not stock, perfect for what I was looking for. I have EFI live with the rumble idle and it sounds "pisser" with the 5" ;)
